Tips for a successful telehealth appointment:
Please allow yourself ample time to connect to your session.
Be prepared to pay your co-pay or co-insurance at the time of your visit.
You only need to download Zoom if this is the FIRST time using it on your device. You will always join your session through the Meeting Hub (that you can access via patient portal, text, or e-mail) and not through Zoom.
If you are having trouble connecting, please call the office so that we can alert your provider to the delay in connection.
