Patient Portal

Did you know you can make and cancel appointments, request prescription refills, and even communicate with your provider directly through your patient portal?

If you would like to create a portal account, please call The Pisgah Institute at 828-254-9494 to request an invitation to become registered.  You may also use the Contact Us box below, providing your name, date of birth, and email address.  Once you receive your invitation, follow the instructions, linked below, to complete your registration.

Already have a Patient Portal?  Click here to sign in to your account.

Please be aware that the portal should not be used in the case of emergency.  Messages sent through the portal can take up to 72 hours for a response.   The portal is not typically checked after hours or over the weekend.  For urgent needs, please call The Pisgah Institute at 828-254-9494.

We also ask that you use the “My Appointments” tab to request an appointment with your provider rather than send them a message directly.   This will help ensure you receive a timely response to your request.
