Resources for Coping with COVID-19
In light of current health concerns, the clinicians of The Pisgah Institute have developed this page as a resource for those struggling with stress, anxiety, and fear surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak. We know that worry about this disease can feel overwhelming, at times, and cause strong emotions in both children and adults. Learning to manage the stress of the situation will make you and those you care about stronger and more resilient to any impact caused by the disease. Please use these resources, speak to your provider about them, and share them with anyone you feel would benefit from them. Our goal is to be with you during this process even if we can’t be together physically.
If there is information you would like to see posted here, please use the “Contact Us” form at the bottom of the page.
